We are seeking a Product Manager focused on technology-driven solutions for Insurance. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products tailored for the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps, balancing customer requirements, market opportunities, and technical feasibility.
  • Identify and address customer pain points to ensure measurable value delivery.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed specifications, collaborating with engineering and UX teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into product requirements.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-offs across user experience, performance, and technical feasibility.
  • Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve products.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and enablement teams for successful product launches and adoption.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and enterprise services to foster innovation.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Present updates and strategies to the executive team to ensure organizational alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management, with experience delivering complex technology products, preferably in Insurance.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with scalable solutions.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing backlogs and sprints.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive impact.
  • Track record of delivering products that increase adoption, revenue, or market share.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and external partners.
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and their operational applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
