Lead EVM & Multi-Location Delivery Remote (CONUS) | Full-Time | 90% Remote Are you a PMP who thrives on EVM and mission‑critical delivery? Join a high‑impact team supporting privatizing utility systems at three Alaska locations. You'll be the single point of contact, driving performance, risk mitigation, and weekly status reviews - all from your home office. What You’ll Own: Run Earned Value Management (EVM) with Deltek Cobra Lead weekly status meetings and deliver actionable reports Manage subcontractors for quality, cost, and timeliness Travel to Alaska 6 times/year for key reviews Ensure 100% compliance with PWS and DFARS Labor Category Summary: Serves as the central point of contact for the client agency, responsible for overall contract performance, Earned Value Management (EVM), subcontractor oversight, and weekly status reporting across three DoD/DoW facilities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly status reviews of all project activities Apply EVM to track performance, deliverables, and funding Prepare EVM analysis reports and discuss results, issues, and risk mitigation with Government representatives Coordinate planning and execution with lead Government representative Direct and schedule subcontractor activities; monitor performance for quality, timeliness, and cost Establish lines of communication and ensure subcontractor performance meets or exceeds requirements Monitor & manage subcontractor costs and invoicing You're a Fit If You Have: PMP + 10+ years federal task order leadership Proven EVM success Exceptional communication & stakeholder management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Benefits Health, Vision, Dental Insurance Life & Disability Coverage Paid Holidays & PTO 401(k) with Company Match Professional Development Support Heartland Consulting is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer of individuals with disabilities and veterans.
