We are seeking a dedicated Psych Home Health RN for weekend shifts in the Attleboro region. This role offers a competitive salary of $74,000 annually, providing essential mental health care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient progress
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
