We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Lenexa, Kansas. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent for both technical and facilities positions across various sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with leadership teams and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies for union and non-union locations.
• Source candidates with relevant experience through multiple channels, including job boards, trade schools, unions, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct applicant screenings to assess skills and alignment with organizational culture.
• Manage all candidate communications to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the organization's applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, job descriptions, and scheduling start dates.
• Prepare and present weekly recruitment updates to the leadership team.• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (preferred, but not mandatory for contract roles).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong candidate and team relationships.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or other recruitment tools is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
