Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Travel Consultants to support clients in planning unforgettable vacations. This role involves helping travelers book everything from all-inclusive resorts and cruises to theme park packages, group trips, international travel, and more. Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and plans
  • Research destinations, accommodations, flights, activities, and packages to create tailored travel options
  • Offer professional recommendations on resorts, cruises, excursions, and travel insurance
  • Arrange and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
  • Prepare and manage client itineraries, confirmations, and updates
  • Stay current on travel promotions, destination information, and supplier training
  • Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trip
  • Keep accurate notes and records of client interactions and bookings

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for travel and helping others
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable multitasking
  • Ability to learn booking systems and supplier tools (training provided)
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
