Job Description

Cufflinks Depot  started as a young couple’s vision to fill a need to produce the best in cufflinks fashion. What started as a small clothing and jewelry store 20 years ago has grown to be on of the largest online retailers of cufflinks and accessories.

We design, create, and manufacture our cufflinks including our industry leading custom cufflinks. We have a talented staff with years of experience in design, engraving, and manufacturing cuff links from start to finish.

Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of our team responsible for maintaining and growing our eCommerce business by completing daily sales and marketing activities, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Cufflinks Depot located in Orlando, FL and not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to custom jewelry inquiries with design proofs, pricing and excellent salesmanship.
  • Follow-up with sales leads, and apply creativity as well as personalized shopping experience to close sales.
  • Engage with our customers and help promote sales through creative and timely communications.
  • Write, design, measure and report performance of website and email campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain website banners and product images.
  • Schedule, plan, and post engaging social media images.
  • Help create new growth strategies and maintain a strong knowledge of current marketing trends.
  • Optimize user experience and create a positive customer journey on our commerce site.
  • Assist in custom product production and personalization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graphics Skills with a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ability to answer calls, take phone orders and provide customer service to customers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail sales business.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing email campaigns and marketing for a company/brand.
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate sales.
  • An ability to articulate clear, poignant sales responses.
  • Experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • BS/BA Degree
