Job Description
What You'll Do
As a CPS sales rep, you'll be responsible for:
Prospecting and developing relationships with:
Funeral homes (full suite of memorial products)
Churches (hand fans, banners, flyers)
Event planners (fans, signage, giveaways)
Small businesses (branded boxes, marketing print, packaging)
Promoting a wide range of products including:
Custom stick hand fans
Memorial programs, prayer cards, banners
Custom-printed small boxes and packaging
General print contracting (brochures, folders, signage, etc.)
Managing quotes, follow-ups, and client reorders
Maintaining monthly performance reports and account records
What We Offer
Base Pay: $2,500/month
Commission: 10% on new client revenue (12-month window)
Bonus: $250 for every 5 new accounts opened
Residuals: Ongoing commissions on reorders from your clients
Tools: Sales materials, training, CRM tracking, and sample kits provided
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have B2B sales experience or a background in print, packaging, or funeral/church services
Enjoy helping organizations promote themselves and serve their communities
Are organized, self-motivated, and can manage your own leads and schedule
Want the flexibility of an independent contractor role with recurring income potential
Are comfortable selling both in person and virtually (phone/email)
