Job Title: Salesforce architect

A Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products, APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies. The Technical Architect must be both a strategic thinker and a detailed problem solver, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and sustainable.


Key Responsibilities: Solution Design:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform effectively.
• Lead technical design sessions, architect, and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Identify gaps between the client's current and desired end states.

Project Oversight:

• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Ensure solutions align with the company's roadmap and blueprints for each impacted domain.

Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.
• Mentor and coach junior technical team members, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
• Define and enforce design standards, technical specifications, and other configurations.

Development and Integration:

• Implement solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions to improve processes and productivity.
• Develop custom solutions and integrations, ensuring they meet best practices and coding standards.
• Oversee the development of Salesforce.com applications to support business and product strategies.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to design patterns.
• Ensure technical code achieves passing ratings during regular reviews.
• Manage transition and knowledge transfer to post-production support.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work with business stakeholders and other programmers to understand requirements, evaluate new features, and drive decisions.
