Senior Full Stack Software Engineer
Seniority
5 -10 years of experience in professional software development, with at least 1+ year working across both frontend and backend systems.
Work Experience
Proven track record of owning and delivering major customer-facing components end-to-end.
Hands-on experience developing frontend and backend software systems.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to fully understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Previous startup experience with tangible success.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
Top 50 CS school or evidence of high achievement elsewhere.
Hard Skills
Expertise in TypeScript.
Strong understanding of GraphQL and React (direct experience preferred but not mandatory for every past role).
Soft Skills
Excellent communicator with the ability to confidently interface with customers.
Comfortable discussing product direction and design in a collaborative environment.
Miscellaneous
Must be genuinely excited about working at a startup, especially if previous startup experience is limited.
Compensation
$170K - $230K base salary range.
Equity opportunities are available at above-market levels.
Additional Notes
Full-time role with a strong focus on product ownership and high-impact engineering.
