• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in spa spaces, always exceeding health and wellness regulations
• Stock towels and amenities in the Wellness Haven and treatment rooms daily
• Prepare spa spaces for the day (towel warmers, table warmers, hot towel cabbies)
• Clean and maintain saunas, steam rooms, and spa bathrooms throughout the day
• Collect, sort, and manage spa laundry for storage or delivery
• Support massage therapists and spa team with operational needs for smooth treatments
• Use tech-based checklists to track and complete daily prep and reset tasks

• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Able to work 30–35 hours/week; standard shifts: 7:00–3:30 or 8:00–4:30
• Reliable transportation to Whitwell, TN
• Comfortable using mobile devices/checklists for task tracking
• Positive, respectful attitude with a hospitality mindset
• Bonus: Spa, wellness, or hospitality cleaning experience
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Type: Part-Time
• Pay: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses
• Location: Onsite | Whitwell, TN
• Referral Reward: Earn a cash bonus if your referral is hired (paid after 6 months of their employment)
