As a Superintendent, you’ll lead site operations for commercial and federal renovation projects ranging from $500K–$5M. This role requires strong technical knowledge across all trades, hands-on leadership, and the ability to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades.
• Oversee commercial and federal TI & renovation projects, including historic renovations.
• Drive schedules using MS Projects, P6, and Gantt charts; monitor progress against the critical path.
• Administer RFIs, QC/QA processes, and compliance with government policies and safety standards.
• Conduct HVAC and functional testing; ensure adherence to COBie process.
• Act as primary on-site point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to project stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven Superintendent experience in commercial & federal TI/renovation projects (500K–5M) .
• Historic renovation experience strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 required; EM 385 preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Projects, P6, and Gantt chart scheduling .
• Strong knowledge of all trades and ability to lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication, client interaction, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $75K–$120K (based on experience).
• $500 mileage allowance .
• GSA standard per diem for travellers.
