Job Title: TikTok Creator Studio Lead Videographer/Photographer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead our in-house videography and photography team at our TikTok Creator Studio. This role involves producing engaging short-form, shoppable videos, overseeing live TikTok sessions, and managing a team to execute multiple projects simultaneously within our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality short-form videos and photographs tailored for TikTok, focusing on shoppable content that drives audience engagement and sales.
• Live Session Oversight: Supervise and coordinate live TikTok broadcasts, ensuring seamless execution and high production standards.
• Team Management: Lead a team of videographers, photographers, and assistants, delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and concurrent project execution.
• Studio Operations: Oversee the setup and maintenance of studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring all are in optimal working condition.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Post-Production: Manage the editing process, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and the incorporation of special effects as needed.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content, preferably for social media platforms like TikTok.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment; expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing a creative team, with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creativity: Demonstrated ability to produce engaging and innovative content that aligns with current social media trends.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Salary:
Based on industry data, the average salary for a videographer in Knoxville, Tennessee, is approximately $49,805 per year. Considering the leadership responsibilities and the combined videography and photography expertise required for this role, a competitive salary range would be between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
