We’re hiring a Transaction Coordinator in Houston, TX to support our Agents and drive success! In this role, you’ll assist with cold calling, demographic research, marketing, and listings. You’ll also handle important tasks like composing closing letters, coordinating and scheduling travel, and managing expense reports. Requirements :

• 3+ years of Administrative experience
• Must have 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
• Inbound and Outbound call experience to assist Agents with cold calling, demographic researching, marketing, and listings
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability required along with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have Marketing experience, to include managing LinkedIn for business purposes
• Must be familiar with Adobe and Microsoft software (InDesign, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher)
• Must be familiar with Windows and Apple computers and devices
• Must have Associate degree or higher from an accredited college/university with a GPA minimum of 3.0

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
