Job Details

• Anesthesia Technician position at Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital, Massachusetts.
• Part of the Mass General Brigham hospital system.

Job Requirements

• Completion of primary COVID-19 vaccination series approved by the FDA or WHO is required.
• Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity via blood test is required.
• Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date is required.
• Physician Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date is required.
• MGB Criminal Background Check is required within 45 days prior to start date.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI is required within 30 days prior to start date.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience is required for submission.
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation is required.
• MGB Skills Checklist is required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form is required upon acceptance of assignment.

Additional Details

• Vaccine required during flu season from September 15th to April 30th.
• TB Screening Form must be completed prior to start and updated annually.
