This is a 6-month contract position (with the potential for extension) for a UX Designer. The role requires the creation of user-centered design solutions for insurance-related digital products. Responsibilities include conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, facilitating design thinking workshops, mapping user journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility. The position can be performed remotely from anywhere in Canada, but requires adherence to Saskatchewan time zone (CST) work hours.

Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user-centered solutions (wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes) for insurance-related digital products.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders to generate innovative, user-focused solutions.
- Map and optimize user journeys to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end insurance experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and compliance teams.
- Advocate for UX best practices and standards across the organization.
- Contribute to the maturity of the experience design practice by shaping design processes and mentoring designers.
Required Skills & Certifications:
