Position Overview:

This exciting role offers hands-on experience in business strategy, problem-solving, and decision-making across a variety of projects. As a key team member, youll play a critical role in driving growth, improving processes, and identifying new opportunities for Omaha Sports and Games. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with some of our vendors and customers to develop strong partnerships and ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or a related field preferred but not required
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Candidates:

• Passionate about problem-solving and innovation
• Experience in business planning, operations, or similar roles
• Strong interest in sports and team-oriented environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting

Work Environment:

• Team Size: Currently a team of 16, with plans to grow by 5 more within 12 months
• Culture: Collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business operations and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with leadership and teams across departments to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
• Work directly with vendors and customers to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless operations
• Develop and implement plans to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas
• Support leadership in prioritizing initiatives and executing key business goals

Requirements:

• Academic: Bachelors degree preferred, but exceptional experience will be considered
• Work Ethic: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
