Job Description

Overview Engineering Associate - NEXUS program at Endress+Hauser Group. This 6-12 month program is designed for new graduates to develop technical and business skills while gaining exposure to different functions within the Customer Excellence department. You will gain hands-on practical skills, technical knowledge, business acumen, and insight into our operations. Placement opportunities after completion may be in various US-based locations. The program engages you with Sales, Service, and Projects, and provides access to mentors, peers, and industry experts to support your development. Although the position is being advertised now, we are actively seeking candidates to join our team in early to mid 2025 with interviews and onboarding planned for the first half of 2025. Responsibilities Continually learn and develop skills for handling Endress+Hauser tools, processes, and related activities within different teams/functions. Address customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, Salesforce, and email. Collaborate with others to provide technical support and develop solutions for customers. Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing post-sales technical questions and supporting the sales team. Provide ongoing communication with customers on pending quotes, address unresolved issues, and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications You will have (required): Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related technical field Internship, co-op, or work experience in an engineering-related and/or customer-focused role This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
