About the Role

We are hiring a top-level Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: High volume of inbound calls generated from targeted direct mail campaigns, along with a range of leads from multiple other sources.
• Technology: Best in class technology for all systems including CRM, LOS etc. We make loans easy.

Qualifications

Experience. We are looking for someone who is licensed and ready to close deals on day one.

• Production. Be prepared to provide evidence of your production, and past success or to show us your potential if given the right opportunity.
• Work Ethic. Our team works hard. If hired, you will be busy immediately. Our various marketing and sales channels mean lots of leads and lots of borrowers. You must be able to convert at a high level and manage a large pipeline.
• Our Mortgage Loan Officers work primarily INBOUND CALLS, but outbound calling and hustle is also expected.
