The Manager of the Sterile Processing Department is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of sterilization and instrument processing, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the SPD Manager is tasked with maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with surgical teams, and optimizing workflow efficiency to support patient care.
