They aim to help companies stop missing calls and start converting more leads through innovative voice AI technology.
The OpportunityOur client is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their sales team. This remote position, based in the U.S., offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge AI and voice technology startup.
What You'll DoMeet or exceed agreed-upon sales quotas
Develop strategies to generate a new logo pipeline
Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demos
Negotiate contracts and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and partners
Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs
Continuously refine sales techniques and product knowledge
At least 3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in Mid-market or Enterprise segments
Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with $30K-$100K ACV deals
Mastery of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC)
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ideally, experience selling AI Voice Technology to Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship
Thrives in early-stage startup environment
Results-oriented, with an ownership mentality
Proactive, energetic, and takes initiative
Comfortable working remotely with team members in different time zones
Willingness to help build company culture
Competitive base compensation: $100,000-$130,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)
OTE (on-target earnings): $200,000-$260,000 (uncapped commission)
