Join Our Creative Production Team

Are you someone who loves working with your hands, crafting, painting, and creating unique, meaningful products? Join our creative production team at Passages International and Symphony Handmade Papers, where sustainability meets artistry. We're looking for enthusiastic, hands-on creators who take pride in building something beautiful and eco-friendly every day. You'll help produce handmade products in small batches, from painting and assembling to working with clay and seed-embedded paper, all while contributing to a company that values sustainability, creativity, and craftsmanship. What You'll Do:

• Assemble, paint, and finish handcrafted products with precision and care
• Work with a variety of materials including clay, paint, and handmade papers
• Support papermakers and die-cutters in small-batch production
• Perform quality checks to ensure each product meets our high craftsmanship standards
• Participate in making seed-embedded paper for our eco-friendly product lines
• Organize, label, and store materials and products in the warehouse
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and inspiring work environment
• Support shipping, packaging, and occasional warehouse tasks as needed

Who You Are:

• Creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about sustainability and small-batch craftsmanship
• Comfortable painting and working with clay or textured materials
