Job Description: Develop and review scientific output relevant to commercial + promotional medical education. Ensure that all deliverables are accurate and consistent to meet client objects successfully. Learn and maintain up to date knowledge on all relevant science and therapy areas as well as general industry trends. Act as a leader for all medical client meetings and events and update clients on key medical drives and actions throughout a project. Initiate and develop strong client relationships and be able to offer solutions and ideas that can aid in successful approaches. Manage and oversee junior staff and direct reports while offer guidance and mentorship when needed. Skills Required: Higher Science Degree such as PhD, MD, PharmD - required. SMW: A minimum of 2.5 years' experience working within Medical Communications. Excellent communication skills and ability to create strong client relationships. Experience mentoring junior level writers and demonstrated ability to lead.
