Bethesda Country Club is hiring Summer Camp Counselors to create a memorable experience for the members by supervising their children during designated times at the Club. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore takes great pride in selecting individuals who help us to achieve our Club's mission.

Essential Functions:

• Focus on social activities as well as sports-related activities for Golf, Tennis, Fitness, and Swimming
• Supervise children and provide a safe, engaging, accident-free environment
• Helps with the organization and planning of our Tiger Cub Program
• Help plan and execute events (Bingo and Movie Nights in the Summer)
• Opening and closing duties in the Tiger Den
• Collect and organize lost and found

Requirements:

• Ability to collect accurate information
• Ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task well
• Excellent communicator
• The schedule is a minimum of 15 - 20 hours per week with the ability to work one weekend day
• Team Player
