Salary: $17-$25 an hour

1st Shift Equipment Operators (Forklift, Clamp Machine, Electric Pallet Jack) | Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour + $750.00 Sign-On Bonus!

We are hiring experienced 1st Shift Equipment Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. If you have a strong background in operating motorized stand-up reach forklifts, Clamp Machines, and electric pallet jacks, and you're committed to quality, safety, and teamwork, we want you on our team! Plus, were offering a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move and manage palletized merchandise in a racked warehouse setting.
• Clamp Machine Operation: Use a Clamp Machine to break down and handle freight efficiently.
• Electric Pallet Jack Operation: Select and transport cartons for shipping using an electric pallet jack.
• RF Scanner Usage: Track inventory using RF scanners (experience with RF scanning systems is a plus).
• S2K System Experience: Utilize the S2K Warehouse Management System for managing inventory and order processing.
• Warehouse Safety & Quality: Maintain high standards of work quality and follow all safety protocols strictly.
• Team Collaboration & Independence: Work well with your team and handle tasks independently as needed.
• Work Schedule Flexibility: Adhere to assigned work schedules, with the flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 Years Experience: Proven experience operating warehouse material handling equipment (forklifts, Clamp Machines, electric pallet jacks).
• RF Scanners & WMS Knowledge: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including S2K, and RF scanner systems.
• Attendance & Safety Record: Demonstrated record of excellent attendance and adherence to safety practices.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and work independently.
