Job Posting Title: Network Engineer CCIE

Responsibilities:
Targeted Years of Experience: 10+ years
Tier-3 Network Operations for medium/large scale enterprise contact center networks.
Manage and maintain Cisco routing and switching solutions (multiple datacenters).
Manage/operate F5 load balancers.
Manage/operate ACME SBCs.
Optimize network performance and availability, operational incident management.
Review ACL list/Firewall changes and partner with Security team for execution.
Troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Apply patches to devices for firmware and OS upgrades.
Analyze network capacity to anticipate future needs.
Develop/maintain network documentation: diagrams, configuration, and runbooks
Operate within a structured change management model.
Support and implement changes during scheduled maintenance windows Off hrs).
Plan, test, and implement network changes. Communicate with stakeholders.
Adhere to established policies and procedures and recommend new policy.
Work closely with others to support projects and resolve escalated issues.
Engage circuit repair teams as required to resolve connectivity issues.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and staff.
Stay current with industry trends, and emerging technology.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
7-10 yrs of advanced experience in IP Network routing, switching, Cisco ACI, ACME SBC, Voice Networking, F5 Load balancing
DESIRED SKILLS:
Palo Alto Firewall experience, Juniper experience, general infrastructure support in a highly available, multi-datacenter environment.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
4 year degree desired. CCNA. CCIE-level certification valued.
