What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Communications

Location: Miami, Florida

Schedule: 30-40 HR/week

Expected start date*: February 2025/March 2025

Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension)

The SAP iXp Intern - Communications will support the SAP Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region's communications program.

This includes:

• Assisting in the development and deployment of regional employee and executive communications campaigns and programs.

• Assisting in the execution and management of internal events.

• Assisting in the creation of executive and employee communications materials for LAC’s internal communications platforms.

• Creating social media assets (written and graphic) for LAC executives.

• Researching relevant topics to enrich LAC executives briefing books.

• Assisting in the development of LAC executives briefing books.

• Translations

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Our ideal candidate would have the following skillset:

• Excellent writing skills, with 100% English proficiency.

• Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.

• Graphic skills. Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI technologies to enhance the content creation processes.

• Production and editing videos skills are preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Premier or Camtasia is a plus.

• Organized and detail oriented. Proactive and creative.

• Ability to work on several projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines.

Education Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an academic program or recent graduate (within 6 Months). The candidate would ideally have a degree with a focus in journalism, marketing, communications, and advertising studies.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. SAP offers limited benefits for employees hired into hourly or like roles subject to appliable plan/policy terms.
