Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cardiology Office position requiring a current NY RN license and BLS certification.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position based in a cardiology office setting
• Works Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• 8-week contract assignment
• No on-call responsibilities
• Provides care to patients across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics
• Role involves working under the direction of physicians and practice management
• Expect to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• No local candidates accepted; must live outside a 75-mile radius

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active New York RN license required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Cardiology experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred
• PC or clinical data entry experience preferred
